Paul Vang

UW Fellow

Paul’s areas of expertise include supply chain management, education and non-profit management, data analysis, and leading of diverse and inclusive teams.

An introvert by nature, Paul is partial to long stretches of work time alone. However, he also enjoys collaborating with colleagues. He really enjoys working directly with stakeholders by carrying out interviews for needs assessments, creating tools that directly address pain points, and helping implement new tools and processes to address gaps in capabilities.

Outside of work, Paul is passionate about addressing the barriers to voting that immigrants and refugees face. He is also interested in thinking through and solving some of the challenges around sustainability and energy transition, particularly as they pertain to issues of equity and justice. In his free time, he practices martial arts, enjoys hiking, and watches documentaries on topics that are both near and far to him.
