Caroline Bowker

Programming & Outreach Specialist

Caroline Bowker develops and supports educational programs, events, and outreach initiatives that connect food and farm entrepreneurs with the resources, relationships, and opportunities they need to grow their businesses.

At the Food Finance Institute, Caroline contributes to program development, entrepreneur engagement, and partnership initiatives that strengthen Wisconsin’s food and agricultural economy. She helps coordinate learning opportunities, industry events, and networking experiences, creating spaces where business owners can learn, connect, and share ideas.

Prior to joining FFI, Caroline worked in hospitality and agriculture, including as a sommelier in a Michelin three-star restaurant and working on vineyards, orchards, and diversified farms. These experiences shaped her relationship-centered approach to entrepreneur engagement, educational programming, and community building.

Outside of her professional work, Caroline enjoys foraging for wild foods, crafting herbal products, cooking, traveling, and spending time outdoors.
